EMBODIED WITCH
You might have found your way here...
Because something feels… off.
Not obviously wrong.
But not fully right either.
You go through your days, you function, you show up —
but underneath, there’s a quiet sense of disconnection.
You feel it in your body:
tension that never fully leaves
a subtle numbness
or a restless energy you can’t settle
You find yourself overthinking…
trying to understand what’s going on, how to fix it, how to move forward.
And yet — even with all that awareness —
you don’t feel fully in yourself.
I know that space well.

My path
For a long time, I lived in that same place.
Constantly in my head — analyzing, reflecting, trying to understand myself.
I knew my patterns.
I could explain them.
But in the moments that mattered — nothing really changed.
My body still held tension.
Emotions would build up but not fully release.
I couldn't express myself fully — not even when I was alone.
I moved and danced to impress others,
and even though I appeared free,
there was always something held back.
Something stuck.
And underneath it all… I was trying to do it right.
Following structured practices.
Living a yogic lifestyle in India and teaching yoga for 7 years, even though my body was screaming for something else.
Pushing myself to stay consistent with my daily practice and failing miserably.
Trying to be the same, doing the same practice every day, no matter how I actually felt...
Until I lost my inner spark of magic, injured and stressed out my body, and felt utterly misaligned in every area of my life.
Everything changed...
When I stopped trying to force myself into a fixed way of being…
and started listening instead.
To my body.
To my energy.
To my rhythm.
I began to notice that my energy wasn’t constant —
it moved in cycles.
Through my menstrual cycle.
Through the phases of the Moon.
Through the changing seasons.
And instead of resisting that… I started working with it.
Slowing down when my body needed rest.
Moving and expressing when energy was rising.
Allowing emotions to surface instead of suppressing them.
This was the beginning of softening.
Of surrendering the need to control everything, especially my body —
and settling into my natural flow.

What I discovered...
Not everything is meant to be solved in the mind.
Some things need to be:
felt in the body
allowed to move
released
and integrated over time
And the body itself is not meant to be constant.
It is cyclical. Responsive. Alive.
Just like nature.
Just like the women who came before us.
When I began to live in alignment with these rhythms,
everything started to shift:
There was less force.
Less resistance.
Less pressure to be “on” all the time.
And more space, clarity and intuitive power, authentic movement and expression, and above all, a deeper connection with myself and others.
I didn’t just understand myself more.
I began to feel like myself again.
My work
Today, this is at the core of what I share.
I guide women back into their body —
and back into their natural rhythm.
Women who are:
deeply aware
spiritual
intuitive & empathic
emotionally intelligent
but still feel disconnected from their body, their expression, or their energy.
Through:
embodied movement & intuitive dance
nervous system regulation & somatic awareness
energy work (Reiki & kundalini bodywork)
ritual, witchcraft and cyclical living
We create a space where what’s been held can finally move.
Where your body can be felt, followed, and trusted again.
So instead of overriding yourself…
you begin to move with your energy, your emotions, and your cycles.

My approach
My work is rooted in one core principle:
Healing happens through safety.
Not through pushing.
Not through intensity.
But through creating a space where your body can slow down, soften and begin to open at its own pace.
This is why I focus on:
regulation before release
grounding during the process
integration afterwards
So that what shifts… actually stays.
Who I am
My name is Spela Elan Rei
I am a certified energy healer, yoga teacher, somatic coach, an artist, and a fresh mumma to a fiery baby girl.
I help women reconnect with their bodies and come home to themselves through embodied movement, intuitive dance, nervous system regulation, cyclical living, rituals and witchcraft.
Movement and magic have always been a part of my life.
Magic has been the very air I breathe ever since I can remember, and dance became a space where I could feel, express, and access parts of myself I couldn’t reach through words.
Over time, it became something deeper —
a way of listening, releasing, and returning to myself.
And now, it sits at the heart of the work I share.

If this resonates...
You don’t need to figure it all out.
You don’t need more understanding.
You need a space where your body can finally exhale.
You’re warmly invited to step into this work.
