All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
As many items are handmade and created in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on demand.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping locations
Orders are shipped from Slovenia.
Shipping is currently available:
– within Slovenia
– within the EU
– internationally (where available)

3. Shipping times
Estimated delivery times:
– Slovenia: 1–3 business days
– EU: 3–10 business days
– International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs, or other external factors.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Embodied Witch by Zavod Adhara is not responsible for delays caused by:

– incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
– unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, strikes, service disruptions)

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact:
