This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for products and services offered by Embodied Witch by Zavod Adhara.
By purchasing any offering, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital products
All digital products (including rituals, recordings, guides, and downloadable content) are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.
Please ensure that you read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. 1:1 sessions
For Embodied Sessions:
– Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance
– Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded
If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule your session (subject to availability).
Refunds for sessions are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Physical products
For physical items purchased through the shop (such as candles, spell jars, balms, or other creations):
– You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order (in accordance with EU consumer law)
– Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

5. Exceptions
